A new Bible Study session will begin on May 1, 2026. This is open to all youth and teen members of Birhane Hiwot Sunday School.
This session is designed to go beyond surface-level reading and help participants engage deeply with the scriptures — asking questions, exploring context, and applying God's Word to daily life.
Session Details: • Start Date: May 1, 2026 • Day & Time: Saturdays, 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM • Location: Study Room B (next to the main hall) • Open to: Ages 13 and above
Format: Each session begins with a short prayer, followed by a guided reading of a selected passage. We then open the floor for discussion, interpretations, and personal reflections. Sessions are led by trained facilitators and elder teachers.
Topics for this semester: • The Sermon on the Mount (Matthew 5–7) • The life and faith of the Patriarchs • The Psalms as a guide for praise and prayer • Understanding the Holy Trinity in Ethiopian Orthodox tradition
